Nick Weissenborn

Nick brings over 20 years of technical, program, and operations management experience to Wheels Now.

He has a proven ability to lead teams with an approach that is results orientated, data driven, and customer focused.

Nick is a United States Air Force and Wisconsin Air National Guard Veteran with 25+ years of dedicated service. Nick has an aircraft maintenance background and spent a majority of his time enlisted until 2018 when he was commissioned and an aircraft maintenance operations officer. He is currently a drill-status guardsman with the 128 Air Refueling Wing, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has deployed more than 10 times over his career in support of the Global War on Terror including: Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Freedom Sentinel, Pacific Tanker Task Force, and most recently state side to support Wisconsin COVID-19 response efforts.

Nick has a vision and firm belief to manufacture in the United States. He is on a mission to build and provide the best wheels in the industry!

Heather Varney

Heather is a United States Marine Corps Veteran. She has an aircraft maintenance and support background which includes serving as an Ordnanceman, Maintenance Controller and Expeditor on the AV-8B Harrier Jump Jet. She served at MCAS Cherry Point in North Carolina at VMA-223 and VMAT-203 squadrons. During her career she received two Navy Achievement Medals, a Certificate of Commendation, and the Boeing Recognition Pride Award. She continues to use her experience in the Marine Corps to enhance her management of both of her businesses today.

Furthermore to her success in aviation, more recently Heather has co-founded Aeroforce Logistics, a successful aerospace defense contractor in Milwaukee, WI and is currently serving as President.

A distinguished leader, she has earned 2018 Marketplace Governor’s Rising Star Business Award and is a 2019 SBA Emerging Leader Graduate.
