Nick Weissenborn
Nick brings over 20 years of technical, program, and operations management experience to Wheels Now.
He has a proven ability to lead teams with an approach that is results orientated, data driven, and customer focused.
Nick’s background includes a 23 year career in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard, education in business management, aircraft maintenance, and proven government contract business development and execution.
Nick has a vision and firm belief to manufacture in the United States and he is on a mission to build and provide the best wheels in the industry!

Heather Varney
Heather is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with over 20 years of aircraft maintenance, sustainment, and material sourcing expertise. Heather has held key roles at global aviation companies such as Boeing, Raytheon, Computer Sciences Corporation, DynCorp, and Midwest Airlines. Furthermore to her success in aviation, more recently Heather has co-founded Aeroforce Logistics, a successful aerospace defense contractor in Milwaukee, WI and is currently serving as President.
A distinguished leader, she has earned 2018 Marketplace Governor’s Rising Star Business Award and is a 2019 SBA Emerging Leader Graduate.
